What is Chef Story?
A brand new website for foodies who want to know everything about their favorite restaurants and the chefs behind them. Chef Story curates profiles for each chef in the kitchen, from the Executive Chef to the Sous. Diners have grown accustomed to seeing what goes on in the kitchens of their favorite shows, from Top Chef to Kitchen Confidential. They want to be insiders and to know who’s creating their food.
Who gets a profile in Chef Story?
Everyone with a leadership role in the kitchen. Diners want to know who’s creating their food from the recipe building process to the finishing wipe. Each kitchen is different, but we create profiles for roles such as: Chef de Partie, Butcher, Grillardin, Pâtissier and Saucier. We’re not creating profiles for front-of-house at this time.
