Chef Fabio Trabocchi, is based in Washington, D.C, with restaurants in Miami and Las Vegas. Born in Le Marche, Italy, Trabocchi’s passion for food was inspired by his father, a farmer and gardener. He honed his skills under 3-star Michelin Chef Gualtiero Marchesi in Milan. Trabocchi gained recognition as Best Chef, Mid-Atlantic by the James Beard Foundation and as one of America’s Best New Chefs by Food & Wine Magazine. His flagship restaurant, Fiola, received a star in the first Michelin city guide to Washington D.C.
