Aaron Silverman, is the owner and chef of three acclaimed Michelin starred restaurants in Washington D.C. Silverman’s culinary journey began after a traditional education, diverging into the realm of cooking following his realization that a conventional career was not his calling.
Chef Silverman’s debut restaurant, Rose’s Luxury, is known for its eclectic menu. It became a fast sensation, earning widespread acclaim and was quickly followed by the chef’s second restaurant, Pineapple and Pearls. Both were awarded Michelin stars in the inaugural Michelin Guide for Washington D.C. Just two years later Chef Silverman’s third restaurant, Little Pearl, received another Michelin distinction, cementing his place as a leader in the D.C. fine dining scene.
