Chetan Shetty

Chef Chetan Shetty, the executive chef of Rania in Washington DC, challenges the notion of traditional Indian cuisine. He spent a decade at the intercontinental Indian Accent, both in New York and Delhi. Chetan’s innovative approach at Rania, which earned a Michelin star in 2023, includes dishes like laccha aloo chaat with sorrel chutney and mishti doi with strawberry and rhubarb.
